FAQ
Questions, answered.
Something else on your mind? Email hello@example.com and a human will reply.
Does Copia send my clipboard anywhere?
No. History is stored on your Mac and encrypted. If you turn on iCloud sync, pinboards travel through your own iCloud account — we never see them.
Which macOS versions are supported?
macOS 14 Sonoma and later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
What happens after the free trial?
Copia keeps working with your last 100 items and search. Pro features stay locked until you buy a licence.
Is it a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase that includes every 2.x update.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
Yes. One Pro licence covers up to 3 Macs you own.
How do refunds work?
Email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
